Job Title: Financial Literacy Trainer

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging financial literacy training sessions to diverse groups, focusing on banking and financial services.

  • Develop and implement project curriculum tailored to the needs of target groups.
  • Deliver training sessions on various topics, including savings, budgeting, insurance, credit management, and digital banking.
  • Maintain session attendance records, gather feedback, and ensure training delivery meets quality standards.
  • Liaise with local stakeholders to mobilize and outreach target groups.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education:
  • Graduate degree in any discipline; certification in financial literacy or BFSI modules is preferred.
  • Experience:
  • 1–5 years in training or community outreach roles, preferably in financial inclusion or BFSI skill projects.
  • Skills:
  • Effective communication skills in local languages
  • Basic understanding of BFSI products and services
  • Ability to connect with grassroots-level participants
  • Familiarity with digital financial tools and mobile banking

Requirements:

  • Willngness to travel to project locations and conduct field sessions
  • Prior experience with NSDC/CSR/State Govt. skill projects is an advantage
