Our company is seeking a seasoned Performance Testing Expert to join our team.

  • As a key member of our testing group, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance tests to ensure our applications meet the highest standards of quality and scalability.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and AppDynamics. They will be responsible for developing test plans, scripts, and scenarios to simulate large-scale user activity and identify performance bottlenecks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Test Development: Design and develop comprehensive performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios using LoadRunner, JMeter, and other industry-standard tools.
  • Test Execution and Analysis: Execute performance tests across various platforms (web, APIs, databases, etc.) and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and DevOps, to ensure performance testing aligns with business goals and objectives.
  • Reporting and Recommendations: Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improving application performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and AppDynamics.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
