About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead to assume a leadership role in our QA team. As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance testing strategies and best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive performance test plans to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness using industry-leading tools like JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Mentor junior QA engineers in implementing automation and performance testing best practices and strategies.
- Monitor and report key quality metrics, including test coverage, defect trends, and overall system performance.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and actively contribute to sprints, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Strong communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation and performance testing.
- Proficient in at least one programming language, such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Hands-on expertise in Selenium with C# or Java, working knowledge of BDD frameworks like Cucumber, and experience with tools like TestNG, Jenkins, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.
