Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill a critical DevSecOps Engineer position. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud security concepts and have hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Kubernetes, and GKE.

This role requires a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, collaboration tools, and programming languages such as Java, .NET, and Node.js. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing secure CI/CD pipelines, migrating existing pipelines to containerized environments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve security and operational issues.

The key requirements for this role include:

  • At least 6-7 years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps or a related field with exposure to cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including component-based pipeline design and migration.
  • Familiarity with GKE, Kubernetes, and container security practices.
  • Experience working with SwaggerHub and automating API repository workflows.
  • Sound understanding of cloud security concepts (IAM, encryption, network security).
  • Scripting and automation experience, especially with Python.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing secure CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and component-based pipeline design.
  • Migrating existing pipelines to containerized environments.
  • Implementing Kubernetes and GKE security practices.
  • Automating API repository workflows using SwaggerHub.
  • Developing and maintaining Python scripts for automation tasks.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve security and operational issues in cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, the candidate must have:

  • At least 6-7 years of experience in DevSecOps, DevOps or a related field with exposure to cloud environments.
  • Exposure with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including component-based pipeline design and migration.
  • Familiarity with GKE, Kubernetes, and container security practices.
  • Knowledge of SwaggerHub and hands-on expertise in automating API repository workflows.
  • Sound understanding of cloud security concepts (IAM, encryption, network security).
  • Scripting and automation experience, especially with Python.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, and Node.js.
