Job Title: Cloud Security Professional

Our organization seeks a skilled Cloud Security Professional to collaborate on the development and implementation of comprehensive cloud security strategies across multiple environments.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in cloud security who can design, implement, and monitor event-driven serverless-based security controls using technologies like Azure Function, Automation Runbook, AWS Lambda, and Google Cloud Functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cloud security strategies that integrate security into the DevOps process and ensure Secure SDLC practices.
  • Configure and manage cloud native security tooling and capabilities, including IAM policies, VPC SC, and Google Cloud Organizational policies.
  • Monitor and analyze cloud security posture using 3rd party tools like Wiz, Prisma, Check Point CloudGuard, etc.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development life cycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software and/or cloud platform engineering, particularly focused on GCP environment.
  • Deep understanding of cloud security concepts, including Shared Responsibility Model and security risks inherent in hosting cloud-based applications and data.
  • Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and Policy-as-code (Rego) platforms.
  • Strong scripting languages skills, such as PowerShell or Python or Bash or Go.
  • Excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
