Role Description
- We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Handling daily administrative tasks, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Coordinating with vendors, partners, and internal teams for smooth execution.
- Managing scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for projects and the travel vertical.
- Supporting marketing operations with timely updates, reports, and backend coordination.
Responsibilities also include:
- Communicating effectively with both international and domestic clients.
- Providing responsive support and follow-ups across calls, emails, and other channels.
- Tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring service quality is maintained.
In addition, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and workflows, identify opportunities for process improvements, and develop leadership skills with potential for future growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0-1 year in administration, operations, or customer service.
- Skills: Strong English communication, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills.
- Mindset: Quick learner, adaptable, proactive, with an interest in taking on leadership responsibilities.
- Tools: Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic communication platforms.
