Our team supports the peer review process by seeking ambitious publishing professionals who enjoy keeping up to date with the latest in research and are detail-oriented.
We aim to maintain efficient administration procedures using Scholar One Manuscripts TM, while researching international experts suitable to act as peer reviewers for cutting-edge medical research.
The successful candidate will join a team of Reviewer Selection Editors and report to the Reviewer Selection Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- A postgraduate qualification in MA Education or related fields.
- Knowledge and understanding of the journals' peer review process.
- An interest in academic publishing and market trends.
- A strong command of English spelling and grammar.
- Experience with process-driven workflows and customer-facing roles.
- Ability to be detail-oriented, accurate, and a problem-solver.
- Excellent organization skills and confidence in completing multiple tasks to deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- The ability to recognize process improvement opportunities and have good persuasion and influencing skills.
