About this role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the responsibility of Client Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, retaining, and growing IT services/staffing accounts.

The selected individual will serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery in conjunction with Sales and Recruitment teams. Additionally, they will drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own key accounts: farming + selective hunting (upsell/cross-sell/new logos)
  • Translate client goals to delivery plans; ensure Service Level Agreement adherence and quality
  • Manage Service Orders/ Master Service Agreements, negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and collections
  • Maintain a candidate network aligned to client demand; improve time-to-fill

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in account management or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
