Job Overview

The Production Coordinator is a pivotal role that oversees the production activities to ensure timely and efficient panel production while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to guarantee seamless team coordination and effective production management.

  • Team Supervision
    • Lead and coordinate the production team's daily activities to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Mentor and guide technicians to help them improve their performance and provide constructive feedback when necessary.
    • Schedule work assignments and maintain optimal staffing levels to meet production demands.
  • Production Management
    • Oversee the entire production process to guarantee that production targets are consistently met and exceeded.
    • Closely monitor production schedules and adjust workloads as needed to meet tight deadlines.
    • E nsure that all production processes are aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • Quality Control
    • Strive for excellence in product quality by implementing rigorous quality checks and inspections.
    • Collaborate closely with the Quality Control team to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    • Tackle any quality issues promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Safety and Compliance
    • Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices.
    • Promote a safe working environment through regular training sessions and awareness programs.
    • Conduct thorough safety audits and address any concerns or incidents promptly.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to boost efficiency and productivity.
    • Work collaboratively with management to develop and implement strategic production plans.
    • Analyze production data and create informative reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Resource Management
    • Effectively manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of essential materials.
    • Maintain equipment and machinery in top working condition to prevent breakdowns and optimize production.
    • C oordinate maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment.
