Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Kochi. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outputs, manage production schedules, and coordinate with team members and other departments to meet production goals. Responsibilities also include monitoring production processes, implementing safety protocols, troubleshooting production issues, and continuously seeking improvements in production performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and managerial skills
  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Civil / Production or related field (Diploma holders with strong experience may also apply).
  • Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, fabrication processes, hardware, and installation methods.
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience in operations, preferably in the fenestration or building materials industry.
  • Experience in managing production operations, workflows, and schedules
  • Familiarity with production processes and quality control
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
