Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Manager to oversee the entire production process of our clothing brand. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of high-quality garments, manage vendor relationships, monitor costs, and maintain smooth workflow from sampling to bulk production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee the end-to-end production process of apparel (sampling, sourcing, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packaging).
  • Coordinate with designers, merchandisers, and suppliers to ensure product development aligns with brand standards.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
  • Implement quality control checks at every stage of production.
  • Manage relationships with fabric/trim suppliers, vendors, and factories.
  • Optimize resources to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Track inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Resolve production issues and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
  • Maintain production reports and analyze performance to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, labor, and ethical manufacturing standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3–5 years) in garment/clothing production management.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Leadership skills to guide and manage production teams.
