About this Role

This is a leadership position that oversees the planning and performance management cycle in our organization.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing budgets, and providing valuable insights to enable informed decision-making. They will also be expected to track targets and productivity, as well as govern financial controls and find efficiencies to deliver cost savings.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategic planning process, including policy development and adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead the cycle of annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Design and manage manpower blueprints, organization structures, and people costs through Anaplan.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations on budget and blueprint breakdown by various cuts.
  • Use organizational design principles to optimize structure design.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to set up processes and tools to measure and improve performance of key KPIs. Act as project manager to lead projects.

Target Setting and Cascading

The successful candidate will implement target setting and appraisal processes in sync with global standards. They will define tools to record and manage performance of key processes and metrics, bringing best practices for continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.

Qualifications

To be considered, you should have:

  • A master's degree in business administration from a top-tier school.
  • 3-5 years of experience in rewards, PMO, manpower planning, or special projects.
