We are seeking an experienced Field Sales professional to drive business growth and expand our customer base in the Payments Application space.

Pioneering digital payments, we empower 20 million merchants and businesses to accept payments digitally. We strive for excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
The Role
- Conduct field work, including Feet on Street activities to boost sales.
- Acquire merchants and Channel Partners with set monthly and daily targets to achieve.
- Collect necessary documents from Retailers and Channel Partners adhering to KYC processes.
- Provide comprehensive training to merchants on Paytm App usage to maximize adoption.
- Ensure effective usage of Merchandising items, QR codes, and Stickers at outlets to enhance visibility.
- Capture valuable Customer, Channel Merchant feedback and share insights with team leaders to improve product offerings.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations or Sales Support within the Internet industry with a strong track record.
- Experience in field sales and marketing is advantageous, but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
- A solid working knowledge of sales, field sales, and marketing principles.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills to establish lasting connections.
- A highly goal-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and adapts quickly to new challenges.
