About the Role

We're seeking an experienced professional to drive our paid campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience running successful advertising initiatives, managing substantial budgets, and delivering measurable results.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and e-commerce marketplaces to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze key performance indicators, return on ad spend, and conversion data to inform strategy and improve efficiency.
  • Present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders to enhance business decisions.
  • Manage digital marketing expenditures to ensure optimal return on investment.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media and advertising trends to boost engagement.
  • Collaborate with influencers to create high-performing content that resonates with our audience.
  • Work closely with brand and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling annual budgets.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, e-commerce marketplace platforms, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong analytical skills in A/B testing, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling.
  • Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop for creative collaboration.
