Job Title:

Service Management Practitioner

Job Description:

As a service management practitioner, you will play a key role in the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will be responsible for coordinating projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda.
  • Manage and support the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between various teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
  • Experience with Infrastructure Service Management.
  • Strong understanding of service management principles and practices.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of contract management and shared service coordination.
  • Experience in delivering programs, projects, or managed services.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM).
  • This position is based in Bhubaneswar.
  • A graduate or above education is required.
