Global Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking dynamic professionals to fill the role of International Voice Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through voice or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions, and resolving issues related to products, services, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries efficiently through voice or chat, providing timely and accurate solutions.
- Resolve issues related to products, services, and technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document all interactions, solutions, and follow-ups meticulously in our CRM system.
- Meet established performance targets such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus).
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to multitask and efficiently manage both voice and chat interactions simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
