Our team is seeking a Brand Solutions Specialist to drive impactful campaigns for our clients. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative brand solutions.

About the Role
  • As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with clients, internal stakeholders, and production partners to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Working on select client accounts, you will lead the development and execution of brand solutions that meet their business goals and objectives.
  • With a keen understanding of client needs, you will ideate and develop concepts that drive results and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • You will oversee the execution of these ideas, working closely with a team of juniors and the production team to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • As the primary point of contact for your clients, you will ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Through brainstorming sessions, collaboration, and research, you will stay inspired and informed about industry trends, new technologies, and emerging audiences.
  • Upon campaign completion, you will lead the preparation of detailed reports, analyzing successes and areas for improvement to inform future projects.
Qualifications and Skills
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or media is required.
  • While educational background is not as crucial, we are looking for individuals who are passionate about culture and have a strong interest in youth-related markets.
  • Teamwork: You must be comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Work ethic: Self-motivated, honest, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality results.
