Senior Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of our fast-growing direct-to-consumer beauty brand.

Your designs should feel premium, connect with consumers, and build brand loyalty across all consumer touchpoints. You will be responsible for developing and implementing an end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral to ensure consistency in branding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an end-to-end design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline collateral to ensure consistency in branding.
  • Lead the design of social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits that meet commercial goals while maintaining creativity.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life with compelling visuals that engage and retain customers.
  • Mentor junior designers and freelancers by providing creative direction and feedback to help them grow professionally.
  • Stay updated on design, beauty, and D2C trends to keep the brand fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital campaign design expertise.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of Figma/Canva are a bonus.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is essential.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial goals is crucial.
  • A strong eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling is required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
