Visual Storyteller and Video Producer Role

We are seeking a Senior Creative Specialist to lead our visual storytelling efforts, blending creative ownership with hands-on execution across brand, digital, and video platforms.

This role involves overseeing creative output, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high-quality visual content from concept to final asset. Approximately 60% of your time will be dedicated to guiding the creative line, while 40% will focus on executing video projects including editing, scripting, motion design, and color grading.

We need a hybrid thinker and doer – someone with the vision to shape creative narratives and the craft to bring them to life. The ideal candidate should have experience working within a structured brand system, scaling it across regions or formats, and be comfortable with motion graphics, graphic design, and animation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to lead the creation of brand-aligned visual assets.
  • Own and evolve visual direction for integrated campaigns, product launches, and executive presentations.
  • Review and refine creative deliverables from freelancers or internal partners to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Guide external agency designers and content partners informally by setting quality benchmarks and creative guidance.
Video Content Creation:
  • Plan, script, and produce a variety of video formats: product explainers, motion-led brand stories, technical demos, testimonials, and social content.
  • Operate across the full video production lifecycle—editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing.
  • Experiment with AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and accelerate production without compromising creativity.
Required Skills & Expertise:
  • 8–12 years of experience in visual design, video production, and digital creative execution.
  • Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual content.
  • Expert-level proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, DaVinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut Pro.
  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to build narrative flow across formats.
  • Experience working within a structured brand system and scaling it across regions or formats.
  • Comfortable with motion graphics, graphic design, and animation.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent English communication and visual editing skills.
