Job Title: Financial Analyst

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a skilled financial analyst to review information provided by borrowers and gain a thorough understanding of the real estate assets underlying their financing requests.
  • The selected candidate will evaluate and compile property-level income statements, rent rolls, reimbursements, occupancy statistics, and other relevant data in Excel-based models.
  • This individual will also compile market research to determine and verify project economics and assumptions, using both third-party sources and publicly available internet information.
  • Furthermore, they will review and evaluate third-party reports, including real estate appraisals, environmental reports, property condition reports, and zoning analyses.
  • Additionally, this role involves reviewing borrower-level analysis to interpret derogatory issues, net worth, liquidity, and investments.
About You:
  • A graduate degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Candidates with 2+ years of work experience and strong quantitative orientation are ideal.
  • Knowledge of discounted cash flow, IRR, NPV, and return analysis is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage tight timelines is necessary for success.
