Job Description:

As a seasoned expert in the realm of real estate and finance, you will play a pivotal role in harmonizing disparate systems to create a cohesive solution. Your expertise in SAP RE-FX will be instrumental in developing a futuristic framework for cost control and asset management.

Our ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA and its integration with FI-CO. Additionally, they should have a solid grasp of IFRS16 requirements and their implementation within SAP RE-FX.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and implement a cutting-edge RE solution architecture. Your contributions will shape the future of our organization's financial operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive RE-FX system configuration.
  • Performing fit-gap analysis and documenting recommendations for future solution architecture.
  • Collaborating with IT resources to ensure seamless system integration and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate and finance.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP RE-FX and SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Experience with Fiori and SAP Best Practice for SAP RE-FX.
  • Understanding of SAP FI-CO and its integration with SAP RE-FX.
  • Knowledge of IFRS16 requirements and their implementation within SAP RE-FX.
