Real Estate Development Project Manager Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled project manager to lead our real estate development projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or related field, and at least 12 years of experience in real estate development or construction project management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of real estate development projects, from concept and planning through design, permitting, construction, and handover.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project development plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Liaise with construction teams or general contractors to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations, permitting processes, and development economics.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
