This role focuses on ensuring the integrity and quality of mainframe systems.
- A strong background in testing life cycles, including test case creation, execution, and analysis is necessary.
- Knowledge of JCL editing, TSO/ISPF commands, and DB2 or output files is essential.
- Ability to analyze logs, identify root causes of issues, and collaborate with developers to resolve problems is required.
The successful candidate will work closely with our development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Creation of test strategies and plans to define scope and approach of testing.
- Analyzing requirements and designing test cases.
- Preparing test data and executing test cases.
- Reporting issues and coordinating with development teams for fixing errors.
As part of our commitment to employee growth, Mainframe Testers will participate in capability building and upskilling programs and contribute towards training programs.
