Job Title:

We are seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to spearhead our team in Chennai. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by coordinating with design and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the customer experience from booking to handover, resolving issues within committed timelines.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for faster issue resolution and empower your team to solve problems on the ground.
  • Manage people and hire top talent to strengthen your region's team.
  • Ensure adherence to defined processes and standards for a standardized customer experience.
  • Focus on Customer Move-In Timeline Adherence, CSAT Score, and Quick Escalation Resolution.

Requirements:

  • NIT/BITS/IIT/ MBA from IIM/Tier 1 B-schools preferred.
  • 7-12 years of experience in startups or operations in similar industries.
  • People management skills with direct team reporting experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written/oral communication skills.
  • Structured thought process and strong analytical ability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships with builders/architects/interior consultants.
