Job Title: Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our cooling service operations in India. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in managing complex systems.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled manager to oversee the daily operations of our cooling service team. As a Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and effective maintenance and repair of cooling systems, as well as developing strategies to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the cooling service operations team to achieve exceptional service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards by conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their cooling needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in cooling service operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and cooling technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
