Affiliate Marketing Strategist

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead affiliate marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in this field, preferably with a proven track record of successfully managing and scaling affiliate programs.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with affiliates, identifying and recruiting new talent, and designing and executing campaigns for maximum performance. Additionally, the successful applicant will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics and delivering actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- At least 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in lead generation and pay-per-call campaigns.
- A proven ability to effectively manage and scale affiliate programs.
- Expertise in affiliate tracking platforms or similar tools.
- Solid knowledge of analytics tools and Excel.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivation with a passion for performance marketing and delivering measurable results.
