
Customer Relationship Management Leader

This is a leadership role where you will oversee the creation and execution of customer relationship management (CRM) journeys and automations. The goal is to boost customer conversion and promotional communications for a specific line of business.
As a senior leader, you will manage cross-functional and geographical stakeholder relationships to deliver on set campaign objectives. This involves collaborating with various teams, including product managers, engineers, experience designers, content strategists, researchers, creatives, legal, operations, policy, and public relations professionals.
Key responsibilities include developing new campaign types, identifying opportunities to increase deliverability, and partnering with colleagues across the organization. You will also anchor project briefs, serve as a single point of contact for campaign execution and root cause analysis, and develop, measure, and reach objectives and key results at pace without sacrificing quality.
To be successful in this role, you should have 3-4 years of relevant work experience in CRM campaigns in an operational function at high-growth or technology companies. Experience working on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) CRM platform is highly preferred. Additionally, you should possess best-in-class communication skills, be able to work directly with technical teams, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies. They must be able to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in CRM campaigns in Ops function at high growth or technology companies.
- Experience working on SFMC CRM platform is highly preferred.
- Best-in-class communication skills with a proven ability to work directly with technical teams, and lead cross functional teams more broadly.
- An understanding and passion for recognizing emerging trends, creative excellence, and new technologies.
