Job Opening Head of Customer Experience (CXM Head)

Mahadeva Madhyani Group, Raipur (Automobile Dealership)

Salary Package: Up to 7.8 LPA

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Experience: Minimum 5 years in Customer Experience / Customer Relationship Management (preferably in the automotive industry)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Customer Experience vertical across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and driving customer-centric strategies, strengthening customer relationships, improving satisfaction levels, and ensuring seamless end-to-end customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement customer experience strategies and SOPs.
- Monitor customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead customer relationship teams and oversee all interaction points.
- Coordinate with Sales & Service departments to strengthen customer engagement.
- Establish customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives.
- Prepare and present CX performance metrics and reports to management.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Experience/CRM roles.
- Exposure to the automotive dealership industry will be preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with strong communication & analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage teams and work cross-functionally.
