We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Associate to support the end-to-end mortgage application process. The ideal candidate will ensure efficiency, compliance, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loan Processing and Client Interaction
    • Review and process mortgage applications for completeness and accuracy.
    • Liaise with clients to verify information and obtain necessary documentation.
    • Maintain communication with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents.
  • Data Management and Compliance
    • Accurately input application details into internal systems.
    • Maintain and update client records within the CRM system.
    • Support Case Managers by preparing comprehensive case files.
  • Collaboration and Support
    • Partner with Mortgage Advisors to gather additional documentation or clarify loan requirements.
    • Coordinate with internal teams for timely submission and resolution of loan applications.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in mortgage administration or a related financial services role.
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of mortgage regulations and compliance standards.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
