Job Title: SAP ISU Specialist

  • Support SAP ISU FI-CA application for customers by resolving incidents, service requests, and change requests within agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Record and review all related incidents and issues during weekly status meetings or sooner to ensure timely resolution.
  • Interact with stakeholders and other streams to understand business requirements, coordinate with offshore consortium and ensure project delivery timelines.
  • Design and implement complex requirements related to regulatory and non-regulatory requirements.
  • Resource planning and estimating developments, ensuring execution as per planning.
  • Coordinate work with Business IT team and Wipro onsite-offshore team, define objectives and development plans, and provide technical mentorship and cross-training to peers and team members.

Mandatory Skills:

  • ISU FI-CA configuration, payment hierarchy, clearing rules, dunning, security deposits, payment clearings, open item management, tax, instalment plans, returns, refund process, write-offs.
  • Support activities (incidents, service requests, enhancements).
  • Customer-facing projects experience.
  • Ability to design/build custom function modules with medium complexity program logic.
  • Capability of finding automation opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in SAP FI-CA module, including debugging.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal, leadership, and teamwork skills.
  • English language skills required (min B2 level), German language skills an added advantage.
