Job Title: Billing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Billing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in the area of billing and customer management.

Responsibilities:

  • Aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment
  • Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives
  • Maintain adherence to organizational guidelines and processes

Requirements:

Technical Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in application maintenance and implementation projects, primarily in ISU-CRM Projects
  • Experience across Electricity, Gas and Water Utilities industries across UK, North America and Europe regions
  • Experience with CRM-ISU Integration and end-to-end implementation and support projects
  • Client-facing experience and setup of Rate Structure and Billing Schema
  • Price management and analysis of issues in Billing and Invoicing process
  • Good Experience Invoice Layout, Bill Print Setup of Billing Master Data, Tariff Structure for Metered Unmetered Installations and Integration with Device Management, Finance, SD module

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering degree from a recognized institution
