Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional with detailed technical knowledge of OTM to map business requirements into OTM build activities and support process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detailed technical knowledge of OTM to map business requirements into OTM build activities

  • Extensive Experience (10+ Years) in workflow agent design, coding, technical configuration and development
  • Master data, itinerary, order planning, shipment execution, route optimization, network configuration, track and trace, appointment scheduling
  • OTM Data Model and Schema In-Depth Knowledge
  • Technical Integration Design and Development working with OTM REST and SOAP APIs
  • Operational and Analytical Report Design and Development
  • Performance Tuning, Troubleshooting and Configuration
  • Stage and Production environment code deployment and migration activities
  • Data Migration and Configuration from public cloud to on-prem environment
  • SQL Query Design and Implementation
  • Oracle SR Resolution and Logging
  • Rate Card Structuring and Setup
  • Screen-set and Manager Layout Technical Changes
  • Carrier, 3PL and Logistics Integrations
  • Technical Documentation
  • VPD and Security Configurations
  • Workbench Configurations
  • Stakeholder Communication
  • Freight Audit and Pay
