Web Development & Technical SEO Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer with expertise in technical SEO to join our team and support the growth of our digital presence.

This role combines front-end development, technical SEO implementation, and performance optimization to ensure all client websites are fast, scalable, user-friendly, and SEO-ready.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize website speed through image compression, code minification, and caching.
  • Implement and manage Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) for improved page load times.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility across different devices and browsers.
  • Develop and update location, service, and blog page templates with SEO best practices in mind.
  • Implement structured data (schema markup) for services, locations, blogs, FAQs, and reviews to enhance search engine rankings.
  • Maintain clean site architecture & navigation for crawlability and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot crawl errors, indexing issues, and migrations to ensure smooth website performance.
  • Build and customize pages in WordPress, Webflow, and Framer etc., integrating interactive elements such as Google Maps embeds and Google Reviews.
  • Manage third-party plugins/widgets such as review aggregators Yelp, Trustpilot, Facebook, and Foursquare.
  • Set up Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console tracking to monitor website performance and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in front-end development with expertise in WordPress, Webflow, or Framer.
  • Proven experience with technical SEO implementation and structured data to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Solid understanding of Core Web Vitals, site performance, and responsive design principles.
  • Knowledge of analytics setup and website migrations to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Ability to balance design, UX, and SEO requirements in development to deliver high-quality results.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Next.js.
  • Familiarity with Surfer SEO / GSC / Ahrefs insights for technical fixes and performance enhancements.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools and CRO strategies to optimize website conversion rates.
