**Lead Web Developer Role Overview:**

This key position involves guiding a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain large-scale web applications utilizing PHP as the primary programming language.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert technical guidance and leadership to the development team to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products that meet business requirements.
  • Technical Skills: PHP (core and object-oriented programming), CodeIgniter (legacy and modern versions), Python, MySQL, JavaScript (ES6+), Git for version control, RESTful APIs, and performance optimization techniques.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of core PHP and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience working with both legacy and modern versions of the CodeIgniter framework.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with MySQL database management.
  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript for client-side functionality and backend integration.
  • Familiarity with unit testing and version control using Git.
  • Experience with API integration and performance optimization on both frontend and backend.
