Job Title: Security Manager

This is a highly challenging role that requires a security professional to oversee the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture.

  • Conduct and oversee vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities across systems and applications.
  • Implement and manage system security tools to monitor, detect, and respond to security threats in real-time.
  • Lead cloud security efforts, including the implementation and operations of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) to ensure compliance and secure cloud environments.
  • Oversee application security practices, including secure coding standards and regular security assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into all aspects of IT and business operations.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in vulnerability management and security operations.
  • Proven expertise in cyber forensics and incident response.
  • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity risks, threats, and advanced persistent threats (APTs).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for identifying and mitigating security threats.
Responsibilities:
  1. Manage cloud security posture by implementing and operating CSPM solutions.
  2. Develop innovative and scalable tools, solutions, and processes to enhance Security team's operations.
  3. Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement.
  4. Provide security event analysis and escalation for identified threats.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in CISSP, CCSP, or other leading security certifications.
  • Cloud Certifications: Azure Security Engineer, Microsoft Cybersecurity, or AWS Certified Security are highly advantageous.
