Key Infrastructure Role

We are seeking a seasoned infrastructure leader to spearhead our IT infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of systems across the organization.

The role involves overseeing daily operations of IT infrastructure including servers, storage, cloud platforms, data centers, and IT support teams, while aligning infrastructure strategy with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, storage, cloud, networks, and databases.
  • Ensure uptime, performance, and reliability of enterprise systems and applications.
  • Monitor capacity, system performance, and implement preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Promote IT service continuity and disaster recovery planning.
  • Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers, system administrators, and IT support staff.
  • Negotiate vendor relationships and service provider agreements.
  • Determine SLAs and ensure compliance across IT operations.
  • Develop and implement an IT infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Drive cloud adoption, virtualization, and automation initiatives.
  • Optimize costs while ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Stay updated with emerging infrastructure technologies and trends.
  • Evaluate infrastructure against security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement access controls, backup strategies, and patch management processes.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to safeguard IT systems.
  • Initiate infrastructure projects such as data center migrations, cloud implementations, or upgrades.
  • Work closely with project managers and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
