Business Intelligence Analyst Opportunity

The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets from various marketing channels. The incumbent will build dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign performance, and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources, including digital campaigns, CRM systems, and web analytics tools.
  • Develop and maintain databases, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business growth and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align data insights with organizational objectives.

Qualifications & Skills Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or CRM systems.
