Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across all aspects of our operations. Your expertise in managing and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS) will be instrumental in driving business growth while upholding regulatory requirements.

  • Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead QA/QC teams to foster a culture of quality excellence, ensuring adherence to processes and achievement of product quality standards.
  • Monitor and enhance quality performance across manufacturing processes, focusing on metal stamping expertise.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate product quality, reduce defects, and optimize production efficiency.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
  • Oversee supplier quality management, including audits, evaluations, and non-conformance resolution.
  • Address customer quality concerns with timely resolutions and proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize quality objectives with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in quality management, preferably in a metal stamping environment.
  • Expertise in QMS implementation and maintenance, with knowledge of relevant industry standards.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations.
