About Vajra Sports Complex
With a rich history of over 90 years, the institution is dedicated to the holistic development of individuals aimed at producing self-supporting and self-reliant members of society. Its comprehensive approach includes a strong emphasis on education, sports and social welfare. The organization has grown to encompass 12 units and employs more than 600 people.
Today, the complex comprises various prominent units such as the Lady Andal IB School, Sir Mutha CBSE School, Sir Mutha Venkatasubba Rao Concert Hall and the Higher Secondary School.
Key Roles:
- Develop and execute a fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations from high-value donors, alumni, and philanthropists.
- Create an extensive database of potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal network.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to create presentations, events, and experiences for prospects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
- Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
- Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
