**Job Description**: As a Grievance Officer, you will be responsible for end-to-end grievance redressal across all channels. This includes leading dispute resolution and acting as the single point of contact for fraud complaints.

  • Manage customer grievances with a focus on first-time resolution
  • Handle credit-bureau disputes by liaising with internal teams

**Fraud Handling**: Fraud and cyber-crime handling involves regular reporting of phishing/impersonation/loan-app clones/UPI frauds using Refyne's name to law enforcement authorities.
