Lead Robotics Developer

We are seeking a senior robotics professional to spearhead our product development and oversee the mechanical design team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing robotic products from concept to manufacturing, mentorship skills, and expertise in SolidWorks.

  • Design and develop robotic products, lead cross-functional teams, and drive innovation.
  • Mentor junior engineers, ensure best practices, and timely delivery.
  • Create 3D models using SolidWorks, perform motion studies, and assembly design.
  • Prepare manufacturing-ready drawings, BOMs, and tolerance stack-up.
  • Collaborate with CTO, vendors, and manufacturing teams for smooth execution.
Requirements:
  • 6–12 years of experience in robotics, industrial automation, or related fields.
  • Deep expertise in SolidWorks, including motion study, GD&T application, assembly design, and detailing.
  • Proven track record in leading product development from concept to manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of fabrication techniques: sheet metal design, cable routing, and machined parts integration.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing detailed BOMs, tolerance analysis, and DFM/DFA.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
