Senior Quality Assurance Professional

The role of Senior Quality Test Engineer involves leading and participating in initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of testing capabilities and product quality. This includes researching and identifying tools and technologies that can enhance testing processes, collaborating with other teams to identify areas for improvement, and implementing best practices to ensure quality control.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality test engineering, automation, and software development, as well as experience working with Salesforce.com applications. They will be proficient in developing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright, and have a working knowledge of APIs, Salesforce data models, and SOQL.
The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of QA methodologies, process improvement, and the software development process. Additionally, they should possess advanced written and verbal communication skills, and be able to develop and execute complex automated and performance testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovate process improvements to enhance testing capabilities and product quality
- Research and identify tools and technologies to improve testing processes
- Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement
- Implement best practices to ensure quality control
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Quality Test Engineering experience
- 3+ years of automation experience testing Salesforce.com applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) or Copado CI/CD pipelines
- Experience developing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright
- Proficiency in test strategy, automation frameworks and version control
- Working knowledge of APIs, Salesforce data models and SOQL
