Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Are you a seasoned quality assurance professional seeking a challenging role where you can utilize your expertise to drive quality and efficiency? We are looking for a senior quality assurance manager to lead our QA strategy, manage test teams, and maintain automation frameworks.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of QA engineers in manual and automation testing, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality releases.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Cucumber (BDD).
  • Manage test planning, execution, and reporting across UI, API, DB, and Performance testing scopes.
  • Drive the adoption of test automation in CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and effective testing processes.
  • Own and manage QA-related tools, infrastructure, and process improvements, ensuring continuous testing effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in quality assurance management, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in leading QA teams.
  • Hands-on expertise in Java, Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), Maven, TestNG, and Git.
  • Strong understanding of BDD, functional testing, UI testing, API testing, and database testing.
  • Experience in version control systems like Git and strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of driving quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
