Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

  • About the Role:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our manufacturing processes comply with industry standards. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing and updating quality plans, procedures, and specifications.

  • Duties:

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and implement quality plans to drive continuous improvement
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance records
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions
  • Lead investigations into complaints and root cause determination
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address issues
  • Document investigation results, CAPA, and complaint closure
  • Collaborate with production and R&D teams to set realistic quality objectives
  • Monitor progress and aid team members in achieving objectives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
  • Coordinate internal and external audits
  • E nsure timely completion of audit findings
  • Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
  • 3+ years experience in quality assurance or related field
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
