The Quality Assurance Expert is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products by performing both manual and automated testing throughout the product development lifecycle.
This role ensures that deliverables meet functional, technical, and user experience standards, supporting the successful delivery of solutions to customers.
- Develop and execute both manual and automation test cases, scripts, and plans.
- Contribute to the development and updating of the automation test framework.
- Assist with exploratory and regression testing.
- Provide standard test reports to update on QA status for both manual and automation.
- Work with the rest of the QA team to ensure quality output is not compromised and that we deliver software with a quality-first approach.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
Experience with QA strategies for cloud-deployed software suites and practical experience in testing browser-based applications are highly valued.
