We are seeking a highly motivated Chartered Accountant to lead our Finance & Accounts function. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen and demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, strategic planning, and supporting business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements as per statutory requirements and accounting standards
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with organizational goals
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and fund flow positions
  • Drive strategic financial planning to support business goals and expansion
  • Conduct financial analysis to provide insights for business decision-making
  • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for statutory and internal audits
  • Ensure timely filing of direct and indirect tax returns and overall compliance
  • Implement internal financial controls and process improvements
  • Support management in business development planning and financial modeling
  • Analyze variances from budgets and report corrective actions to management
  • Prepare management reports, MIS, and board presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall business strategy
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), Companies Act, and taxation laws
  • Proven experience in financial statement preparation and finalization
  • Proficiency in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Ability to interpret financial data and provide business insights
  • Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Tally/MS Dynamics or similar)
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor junior finance team members
