Senior Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for delivering financial services to clients. This role involves providing high-level visibility with senior client finance stakeholders, adapting to different client situations/scenarios, and offering quick solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 15 R2R professionals.
- Support Oracle ERP implementation project, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and business readiness planning.
- Collaborate with client and project teams to ensure successful transition and go-live of new system.
- Oversee all R2R activities, including Fixed Asset, Inter Co., Reconciliation, External / Financial/Tax Reporting, Inventory/Payroll/Legal Entity Accounting, GL, Month-End/Quarter-End/Year-End Close.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent professional qualification.
- Relevant years in finance operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing R2R teams in a global delivery model.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and experience with US-based clients, preferably in the Semiconductor or manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with high accountability for SLA/KPI delivery.
