Key Responsibilities:

  • Contractor and Vendor Management:
  • Track contractor details, monitor end dates, and coordinate renewals or exits.
  • Ensure timely closure of open demands rolled out to vendors.
  • Contribute to automating the contractor management lifecycle.
  • Program Governance and Reporting:
  • Ensure PRs are approved by senior leadership, including strategic justification, finance readiness, and stakeholder updates.
  • Own weekly status reports across CoE programs, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Capture and analyze monthly metrics, providing insights and justifications.
  • Innovation and Process Excellence:
  • Manage client Innovation Portal: approve submitted ideas and track progress toward defined goals.
  • Create templates, decks, and reports for town halls, review meetings, and leadership updates.
  • Employee Engagement and Culture:
  • Track new joiners, facilitate inductions/intro calls, and maintain a weekly activity log.
  • Host team-building events and women-centric sessions to foster inclusion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Act as liaison between delivery teams and operational stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Program/Project Management practices.
  • Proven expertise in contractor/vendor management and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools for automation.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or related field.

Certification:

  • A PMP/Prince2 Certification or MBA (Operations/HR/Strategy) is highly desirable.
