Senior Manager

A senior management position that oversees financial reporting, stakeholder relationships, and finance operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Ind AS/IFRS, strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, adaptability, and experience with MS Office and Oracle.
- Develop and implement financial reporting frameworks for the Group.
- Liaise with external technical consultants, statutory auditors, and investors to prepare accounting memos.
- Prepare and report monthly MIS-FS data to stakeholders.
- Review and finalize indirect cost reports, including ARDs.
- Coordinate ERP implementation across the Group.

- Strong analytical skills: Ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers and drive positive change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Clear and concise communication of complex business issues.

- Strong knowledge and experience: With MS Office, Oracle, and inventory/WMS systems.
