Key Responsibilities

The Collections Manager will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for handling a large portfolio of live accounts across Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will oversee the entire collection process, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer queries and issues.

This role requires excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle a team of 6-7 employees on roll and over 50 front-line collection staff off roll. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential in this position.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should have:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in retail assets, preferably in collection
  • 3-4 years of experience as a team supervisor and minimum 35 years of experience handling on-field teams
  • Very good communication skills
  • High energy and drive
  • Hands-on experience of MS Office and mail management
